The Danger of Smoking

Nowadays, there are many people apply bad life style. They are ignoring their health. Most people that ignoring their health are those who work so busy at their office. They don’t have time to prepare healthy food and they also don’t exercise regularly. Beside all of those bad habits, the other bad habits that the people usually do is smoking and drinking alcohol.

Indeed, smoking cigarette can reduce the people stress level. By smoking, their brain somehow can relax. The matter is the feeling that the people feel when smoking is only temporary. The permanent effect of smoking is bigger and more dangerous than they thought. Honestly, almost all of cigarettes contain bad substances in it. The people are killing them self so slowly by smoking. Cancer is the worst effect from smoking. Many people aware by this threat so they working so hard to quit smoking. Unfortunately, giving up smoking is not that easy. For the people that used to smoke for years, quit smoking is same like changing habit. Usually, the people try to chew gum to change the smoke, but there is no effect.

Instead of chewing gum, these smokers can change their cigarette into electronic cigarette. Electronic cigarette is the latest technology that can be substitute of cigarette.
